CrossFit Classes

One hour class focusing on mobility, strength/gymnastics skill work, followed by metabolic conditioning. All scalable to any fitness level. Whether you have done fitness all your life, or just starting your journey, this class is perfect for your goals.

Hyrox

This program focuses specifically on getting you prepared for a HYROX race. If racing is not something you are looking to do, this class is perfect to get a longer cardiovascular workout in. There is no weightlifting in this class, besides dumbbells and kettlebells, and some use of sandbags. You can thrive in this program at any fitness level as well. Our coaches make it easy to scale, so that you get a great workout no matter your level.

Open Gym

Come in any time we are open to do your own workouts. Plenty of equipment for you to use, as long as it does not interfere with classes going on at the time. Show up and crush it.

Sport Specific Personal and small group training

For Athletes:

You can get to the next level with our sport-specific training that targets your unique needs. No template program, no fancy verbiage, just results. Small group sessions focus on strength, speed, and performance — giving you personalized coaching and the competitive edge you won’t get in a big class setting. Team training is also available.


For Members:

Small group training bridges the gap between personal training and group fitness. You’ll get focused attention, custom programming, and accountability — all in a motivating, community-driven environment built to help you reach your goals faster. This training will be a 1:4 ratio ensuring ample attention to get the best experience.
